Saturday Night Downtown.

It's a slightly beautiful evening out tonight.
I held office on Nicollet Mall for an hour or so, drinking a Caribou until I felt like venturing onward.

AT&T Tower Colors

I found this to be an interesting view of color and form at the AT&T Tower.

From Wiki:
The AT&T Tower is a 464-ft tall skyscraper in Minneapolis, located on the corner of Marquette Avenue and 9th Street South.
It was completed in 1991 and has 34 floors.
It houses offices of AT&T, Wachovia Financial, the headquarters of Fair Isaac, the Norwegian Honorary Consulate General, and other tenants.
It is the 14th-tallest building in the city.
A skyway connects the building to the TCF Tower and International Centre.
The Foshay Tower is across the street to the north.
The main floor lobby is shared with the Oracle Centre.
The first and second floors contain restaurants and numerous small shops.

From Ryan Companies (the builders);
Rising 33 stories and marking the Downtown Minneapolis skyline, the AT&T Tower is the third and final phase of Ryan's International Centre development. Featuring green and silver reflective glass, it is a dramatic complement to International Centre I and II that reside next door. Three levels of heated below street parking, complex atriums and skyways intimately link the AT&T Tower with its companion towers. A sense of community and an effective master critical path schedule made it possible to complete this project a month ahead of schedule.

Minneapolis Skyline Photography in Photosynth

A fine way to explore my photos has been with Photosynth. The smooth depth of zoom, and the way it gives new perspective to context for each individual photo, is just great.

Enjoy. (Full screen!)
